ORDERS
Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout to ensure timely delivery. Please verify the address in your confirmation email.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. These fees, if applicable, are the recipient's responsibility and will be collected upon delivery. For detailed information, contact your local customs office.
In cases of lost or misplaced packages, the delivery carrier is responsible during transit. We will assist in resolving these issues as best we can. Claims may take up to 3 weeks to process, and filing a claim does not guarantee compensation.
SHIPPING – GENERAL
We recommend signing up with your email address on our website for easier order management. Ensure your delivery address is correct, as we are not liable for misdelivered packages.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will receive a verification email. You have 72 hours to respond; failure to do so may result in order cancellation and conversion to store credit.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders will ship within 2 business days, with delivery on the next business day. Holiday seasons may affect delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery times for international orders vary by location, generally taking 10-12 business days. Expect delays during holidays due to increased volume.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Items from Runegrip can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Certain items, like briefs, must be unopened.
Exchanges can only be for items of equal or lesser value. If an item is out of stock, you will receive a refund for that item. Please check our Size Chart before ordering, as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
For defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the shipping for replacements. Allow 1-3 weeks for processing returns, depending on volume.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Store credits will be emailed to you as a code. Returns must be initiated through our website; we cannot accept returns from other retailers.
DISCOUNT CODES
Enter discount codes at checkout; only one can be used per transaction.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
International exchange rates apply and can fluctuate based on the market.
SALE OFFERS
Discount codes are not valid during sales. Returns or exchanges on sale items will receive store credit only. Sale prices are only valid during the promotional period.
