 1. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: We accept returns for unused items in original packaging with tags. Damaged items cannot be returned.
- Time Frame: Request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
- How to Request: Email us at teamrunegrip@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.

 2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges: We’re happy to exchange items of equal value within 14 days. Contact us at teamrunegrip@gmail.com with your order details.

 3. Non-Refundable Items
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards, final sale items, or damaged products.

4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
